Site work for a mixed-use development in Wahiawa, Hawaii. Completed plans call for site work for a educational facility.
Furnish materials, labor, and equipment necessary to supply and install a shade structure covering the dining Area. The area to be shaded is approximately 20 feet wide by 50 feet long and a connection to the existing walkway. A picture is attached for reference only. 2. New shade structure shall be similar to attached pictures of products from Kunkel Works and Ohana Shading Systems. 5. All attendees must report to the Leilehua high school administration office, show proof of vaccination or proof of negative Covid-19 testing within 7 days and properly wear a mask.All work shall be per manufacturer's specifications and recommendations, and shall be performed to industry standards. Contractor must follow all current local city & county codes.Along with the Manufacturer's standard material warranty, the contractor shall provide a one-year written warranty for defects in materials and workmanship on this project. To be eligible to submit a bid, the bidder must possess a valid State of Hawaii contractor's license classification C-44b or B. This project is tentatively scheduled to commence upon award of a purchase order and be completed by July 29, 2022.
