Reference number : 1568739 Submission sent electronically accepted: Yes, in a single submission document Expected duration of the contract without the options (in months): 7 The Ministere des Forets, de la Faune et des Parcs, through the Direction de la gestion de la faune de la Capitale-Nationale - Chaudiere-Appalaches, wishes to install an electric fence system around the caribou enclosure in Charlevoix, located in Parc national des Grands-Jardins. The tender must be presented by a contractor having an establishment in Quebec where he carries out his activities on a permanent basis, clearly identified with his name and accessible during normal business hours. The contractor must also have the required licenses from the Regie du Batiment du Quebec. The Minister particularly draws your attention to clauses 3.12 and 3.13 of the call for tenders document, which indicate the conditions of contractor eligibility to tender and compliance of tenders to be respected in the context of this call for tenders. The work, divided into three stages, will begin when the contract is signed by both parties and will end no later than July 31, 2022. Note that the work listed in stage 1 (see section 2.2.1) must be completed no later than April 15, 2022. The contract ends on August 30, 2022. The Department does not undertake to accept any of the tenders received. award is subject to final approval.
