Reference number : 1824261 Deadline for receiving complaints: 2024-06-12 Electronically transmitted submission accepted: No COLLECTION AND TRANSPORT OF RECYCLABLE MATERIALS 2025-2029 (5 years) In collaboration with Éco Entreprises Québec, the MRC de Charlevoix-Est is requesting bids for the collection and transportation of recyclable materials throughout its territory for the period beginning January 1, 2025 and ending December 31, 2029 (period to which 2 optional years can be added). The MRC de Charlevoix-Est reserves the right to accept neither the lowest nor any of the bids received and incurs no liability towards the bidder(s). The MRC may overlook any formal defects and minor defects that the submission may contain. The MRC is not required to provide reasons for the acceptance or rejection of any submission. It further reserves the right to cancel this call for tenders and reject all bids received.
