The Services shall be provided in accordance with the general and specific terms and conditions, the General Estimate Schedule ("General Estimate") and the Special Estimate ("Special Estimate") provided by the Ministry of Transport and Sustainable Mobility attached to Schedules B and C (the "Estimates"), as well as under the terms of the service contract to be entered into between Sepaq and the successful bidder (the "Supplier"), all in accordance with the draft service contract attached hereto as Appendix A (the "Contract"). The Contract will be for a duration of one (1) winter season, from October 13, 2025 to May 31, 2026. The Contract may be automatically renewed for an additional period of one (1) winter season, from October 13, 2026 to May 31, 2027.
