Request for Qualifications For Plum Island WWTP Workshop and Locker Room Renovations Charleston Water System (CWS) invites interested contractors to complete a pre-qualification package for providing all labor, material, and equipment necessary for the construction of the "Plum Island WWTP Workshop and Locker Room Renovations" project. The Work to be performed consists of interior renovations of existing workshop and storage spaces at the Maintenance Area and locker room/restroom spaces at the Administration Building. Work includes selective demolition, new plumbing fixtures, new doors, new interior finishes, new light fixtures and minor modifications to existing HVAC systems. Contractors, their Project Managers, and their Superintendents must have experience with successful completion of projects involving renovations to institutional workplaces including restrooms. Contractors must possess a current SC LLR General Contractors License. Contractors must also be able to demonstrate, through their project references, the ability to complete projects on time and in accordance with the project's construction schedule and contract documents.
