Renovation of a mixed-use development in Prescott, Arizona. Completed plans call for the renovation of a clubhouse / community center.

As of June 2023, this project is under construction, *The closed solicitation has been included below for reference: The City is seeking a qualified Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) to provide pre-construction and construction services during the design and construction phases of this project. The City will be entering into a professional services agreement with a selected design firm for the Downtown Modernization project. The CMAR will work closely with and be an integral part of the project team during the design phase of this project. The scope of work includes but may not be limited to: City Hall, Council Chambers, outdoor amphitheater, parking structure, surrounding landscape, hardscape, Murphy Park and two (2) of the off-site tenant improvement projects for relocated/permanent staff during construction, which are the Bead Museum and City Annex locations. All questions regarding this Request for Qualifications must be submitted in writing prior to 4:00 p.m., March 8, 2022 to: City of Glendale Engineering Department, 3rd Floor 5850 W. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. The range is $55 million to $65 million.
