Site work for a civil project in Jennings, Florida. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.

The Project includes the following Work: Constructing approximately 800 LF of 8" gravity sewer; 6 manholes; 1,170 LF of 4" and 6" force main; 1,000 LF of directionally drilled 6" force main and 330 LF of 10" directionally drilled casing pipe with 6" force main under I-75; and two (2) 65 LF parallel jack & bores with 10" and 16" steel casings for force main and gravity sewer under SR-143; the full replacement of approximately 220 LF of 8" gravity sewer and 3 manholes; the full replacement of two (2) existing lift stations, and full rehabilitation of two (2) existing lift stations; CIPP lining of approximately 4,100 LF of 8" and 10" gravity sewer; rehabilitation of 125 manholes, abandonment/grout filling existing 6" force main; removal of existing sanitary sewer; along with site demolition, electrical, restoration, laterals, fittings, valves, and other associated work. Bid security must be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. To be considered qualified, Bidder shall be licensed to engage in the business of contracting in the State of Florida by the Construction Industry Licensing Board and shall have successfully completed as prime contractor, a minimum of three (3) projects of a similar nature involving gravity sewer and force main replacement / construction, submersible lift stations, and sewer rehabilitation within the past five (5) years each having a minimum contract value of $500,000 with at least one project having a contract value in excess of $1,000,000.
