The Town of Tracy City will be accepting proposals from qualified contractors for major shed drainage problems by submission of a proposal, the vendor agrees, if its proposal is accepted, to enter into a contract with the Town of Tracy City to complete all work, as specified or indicated in the contract document for the contract price within the contract time indicated in the attached RFP.
