The City of Springfield will be accepting sealed proposals for retaining the services of a Professional Consultant experienced in conducting and completing a municipal facilities study to determine the Citys future facility needs for space considerations including potential locations that would best serve the public. Requests for clarification may be sent to Candice Tillman, Assistant City Manager, at Candice.Tillman@springfieldtn.gov. The City reserves the right to reject any or all Proposals, to waive any informality or irregularity in any Proposal received, and to be the sole judge of the merits of the respective Proposal received. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
