Description

Renovation of an elderly care / assisted living facility in Hamilton, Ontario. Completed plans call for the renovation of a elderly care / assisted living facility.

Work under this Contract is to replace the existing aluminum punched windows at 120 Strathcona Avenue North in Hamilton ON. Work further includes localized masonry, exterior insulation and finish system (EIFS) repairs and repairs to Unit 1220. The purpose of this project is to renew the existing aging window systems while improving energy use efficiency of the building through higher performance glazing solutions.
