The Board invites qualified Bidders to Tender for the supply of all labour, materials, equipment and services required for parking lot paving and front entrance renovations in accordance with the Specifications and drawings prepared by the Consultant, WT Infrastructure Solutions Inc. Project Scope includes repaving of the existing asphalt parking area, reconstruction of the front entrance sidewalk, stairs, landings and handrails and the supply and installation of two (2) new EarthBin garbage bins with concrete approach slab and concrete island at bins as outlined on the tender drawings and project specifications as prepared by the Consultant generally including but not limited to: a) Removal and disposal off-site of existing asphalt pavement; b) Supply, placement, shaping and compaction of granular material for grading of surface; c) Supply and install two (2) new EarthBin garbage bins (see model specifications on drawings) and concrete island surround including all excavation, removal of soils, supply and installation of all equipment and materials; d) Excavate soils to accommodate minor expansion of asphalt surface; e) Construct new heavy duty concrete driveway slab at garbage bins approach; f) Reconstruct front entrance sidewalk, stairs and landings, including fabrication and installation of new guardrails and handrails at stairs and landings; g) Reinstate asphalt paving of parking lot and entrance driveway area; h) Reinstate line markings in parking lot area; i) Reinstate affected areas of landscaping and reinstall fence.
