CityHousing Hamilton Corporation (CHH) is replacing the Sanitary Piping System at 350-360 King Street East in Hamilton. 350-360 King Street East (First Place) is an occupied 25 storey high-rise residential tower, parking garage, common spaces, commercial podium and long-term care facility. The site includes a high-rise building with a two-level underground parking garage that was constructed in 1976. The first address, 350 King St. E., Hamilton is generally the first three levels of the building. The ground level contains commercial and retail uses. Located on the second floor (2C) of First Place (350 King Street E, Hamilton) is the Desmond and Peggy Little Residence. It is an affordable senior retirement community, which provides assisted living services to 75 units. The third level (3C) contains common areas, Building Attendant (CHH staff) residence, dining facilities and offices for the residential complex. The second address, 360 King St. E., Hamilton contains a total of 463 units within the tower which are senior apartments (bachelor, studio and one-bedroom units) up to the 22nd level.
