PROJECT REQUEST: Request A/E design services for pre-design through construction administration for the replacement of the ballasted roofing on Taylor and Hixton Buildings. The A/E design team for this project shall have expertise and be well experienced in the replacement of ballasted roofing in a correctional setting. Interested A/E design teams should indicate specific projects from past experience (including size, cost, and completion date) in their letters of interest and when known, include proposed consulting partners and any specialty consultants.
