Black River Falls Municipal Utilities (BRFMU) is seeking sealed bids from qualified bidders for the procurement of WWTP sludge hauling services. Responsible bidders must have the ability to provide off-site liquid sludge storage with a capacity of 550,000 gallons, annually, in a Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources approved storage facility. Bidder will be responsible for procuring sites and obtaining any permits for off-site land application, in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local laws. Responsible bidders must also possess the knowledge, trucks, and equipment necessary to accommodate such storage and off-site land application. The execution of a contract and proof of adequate bonding and insurance will be required. Effective date of this Contract will be January 1, 2024, with a contract term of five (5) years. BRFMU reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive irregularities, informalities, and technicalities therein, and to award the Contract in the best interests of the Utility. BRFMU will not reimburse bidders for any costs incurred as a result of the preparation or submission of bids. BRFMU IS AN EQUAL OPPORTUNITY PROVIDER
