The Town of Whitchurch-Stouffville (the Town) is soliciting bids from Contractors to perform the Reconstruction of OBrien Avenue within the Municipality, to be completed in 2024. The Specifications and Scope of Work (collectively the Work) for this project are as set out in this Request for Tender (RFT), as may be amended by addendum issued by the Town. The Successful Bidder must complete all work in compliance with the specifications and the following conditions. This Project includes, but is not limited to the following work: The project consists of the supply of all labour, equipment, and material for the reconstruction of OBrien Avenue including watermains with service connections, sanitary sewers with laterals, storm sewer and catch basins, manholes, catchbasin manhole, granular base and subbase, subdrains, concrete curb and gutter, concrete sidewalk, hot mix paving, driveway restoration, and topsoil and sod within the Community of Stouffville. This Work is to be conducted in accordance with the drawings and other documentation forming part of the RFT.
