DESCRIPTION OF WORK: The work includes the construction of approximately: 18,190 CU YDS COMMON EXCAVATION 5,625 LIN FT RCP STORM SEWER PIPE 9,150 CU YDS COMMON EMBANKMENT 3,100 LIN FTSILT FENCE 7,760 CU YDS POND EXCAVATION 4,840 SQYDS ROLLED EROSION PREVENTION 4,300 LIN FT PVCSANITARYSEWER 15,875 LBS HYDRAULIC BONDED FIBER MATRIX 4,930 LIN FT DIP WATERMAIN 1 LUMP SUM DUPLEX LIFT STATION / 895 LIN COMPLETION OF WORK: All work under the Contract must be substantially complete by 8/01/2022, excluding electrical components of the Lift Station. Final completion shall be 10/14/2022. BID SECURITY: A Proposal Bond in the amount of not less than 5 percent of the total amount bid, drawn in favor of City of Ramsey shall accompany each bid.
