Site work for a water / sewer project in Kent, Ohio. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The principal items of work include the repainting of the 250,000 gallon standpipe tank along with miscellaneous piping and repairs and the abandonment of a 400,000 gallon standpipe tank. The engineer's estimate of probable costs for this work is approximately $423,500. Bidders must use the prepared forms provided therefore, as none other will be accepted. Each proposal must be accompanied by a bid bond in the amount of 100 percent or more of the price bid. The bidder to whom the contract is awarded will be required to furnish a performance and payment bond in the sum of 100 percent of the contract price. Each Proposal must contain the full name of the party or parties submitting the Proposal and all persons interested herein. Each Bidder must submit evidence of its experiences on projects of similar size and complexity. The Service Director reserves the right to increase or decrease quantities and to reject any or all bids, and to waive informalities.
