Submission sent electronically accepted: No M unicipality of Mont-Blanc - Replacement of a group of culverts, chemin du Lac-Nantel South The municipality is requesting tenders for carrying out work to replace an existing group of culverts, located on Chemin du Lac-Nantel Sud. Please note that the Municipality of Saint-Faustin-Lac-Carré has changed its name to Municipality of Mont-Blanc. This change has been effective since January 29, 2022. The old name is used in the tender documents since they were drafted before this date. The contracting authority does not undertake to accept the lowest or any of the tenders received and will not be liable in any way for any damage, loss or prejudice of any nature that may occur to the tenderer. The works are briefly described as follows: Removal of existing landscaping and culverts;
Runoff and water control at the bottom of the trench;
Excavation, seating and encapsulation of the proposed culvert;
The implementation of 1 steel culvert 2.8 mm thick, arched 2500 X 1830 mm with polymer stratum, 18 linear meters;
Protective stones at the approaches;
Rehabilitation of landscaping, street foundations and paving;
traffic control;
All related work necessary for the complete completion of the works.
All tenders must be accompanied by a tender guarantee in the form described in the tender documents and valid for a period of sixty (60) days from the date of opening of tenders. The bond must be for an amount equivalent to ten percent (10%) of the total amount of the bid including taxes. The bid bond shall contain an undertaking by the surety to issue a performance bond and a guarantee of the contractor's obligations for wages, materials and services, each equivalent to fifty percent (50%) of the total amount of the bid. including tax.
