Approximate quantities of Hot Mix Asphalt Materials to be purchased by Kenosha County during 2022 are as follows: 18,000 TON - 3 MT 58-28 S Hot Mix Asphalt Material picked up by Kenosha County DPW trucks at Contractor Facility(ies). 20,000 TON - 4 MT 58-28 S Hot Mix Asphalt Material picked up by Kenosha County DPW trucks at Contractor Facility(ies). 7,000 TON - 5 MT 58-28 S Hot Mix Asphalt Material picked up by Kenosha County DPW trucks at Contractor Facility(ies) Questions on the Contract documents or drawings shall be submitted to the County by 3:00 p.m., February 21, 2022. Questions received after this deadline will be rejected. Answers to the received questions shall be sent via email to all Plan Holders by 3:00 p.m., February 22, 2022 All bidders must file a "Bidders Proof of Responsibility Form" with the Kenosha County Highway Commissioner on or before 3:00 p.m. on February 18, 2022 (Form PA-10) The Kenosha County Department of Public Works reserves the right to reject any or all bids received, or to accept any bid which may be most advantageous to, and in the best interest of Kenosha County.
