The Project is located at 2400 Pullman Street, Santa Ana, CA 92705. OC SAN owns and maintains a 24-inch gravity sewer that runs along Warner Avenue and then crosses State Route 55. To accommodate the upcoming State Route 55 freeway widening project, approximately 373 feet of sewer must be relocated. Also, approximately 230 feet of sewer requires installation of a cured-in-place-pipe lining to repair three fractured sewer segments. This Project requires compliance with the requirements of Code of Federal Regulations (CFR), including, but not limited to: (1) Federal Highway Administration (FHWA), (2) Buy America, (3) Buy Clean California Act of 2017 and (4) other requirements as stated in Part C Special Provisions and Part 5 Bid Submittal Forms.
