Renovation of a transportation facility in Santa Ana, California. Completed plans call for the renovation of a transportation facility.
As of May 5, 2022, this project has not yet been awarded. The project is expected to be awarded on May 12th Transit Committee meeting and May 23rd Board meeting. Installation of 12kv Electrical Switchgear Equipment at the Santa Ana Bus Base CONTRACTOR shall fully complete the herein above described work within ( 365) calendar days from the effective date of written Notice to Proceed (NTP) issued by AUTHORITY. The general intent of the contract, specifications, drawings, and other contract documents is that the Contractor shall: 1. Furnish tools, qualified labor, material, equipment, qualified superintendence, and services, assurances and guarantees, and assumptions of risk and responsibility, necessary for the performance of the Work as set forth in the contract documents unless otherwise specifically provided.
