Process piping for SPSCC Craft Brewing and Distilling Center's Distillery in Tumwater, WA The College reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to extend the period of performance if needed. The period of performance of any contract(s) resulting from this RFP is tentatively scheduled to begin on or about March 3, 2022 and to end on or about April 1, 2022 (subject to material availability and lead times) Question & answer period February 16 - 18, 2022 The established annual procurement participation goals for MBE is 10% and for WBE, 4%, for this type of project. These goals are voluntary. Bidders may contact OMWBE at 360/753-9693 to obtain information on certified firms. The College reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to extend the period of performance if needed. The College reserves the right at its sole discretion to reject any and all proposals received without penalty and not to issue a contract as a result of this RFP.
