Site work for a water / sewer project in Ithaca, New York. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The proposed project consists of the following: 1. Providing materials, equipment, and labor to install security fencing around the specified portion of the Cornell Street Water Tank grounds. 2. This project is a Unit Price contract. City of Ithaca Department of Public Works Water and Sewer Division 108 East Green Street Ithaca New York 14850 Interested parties may request the link from Ethan Bodnaruk at the City of Ithaca via email at ebodnaruk@cityofithaca.org. There is no DBE participation goal required for this contract. Each bid shall be accompanied by a deposit in the amount of: Five Percent (5%) of the Total Gross Sum Bid in the form of a Certified Check, Bank Draft, or Bid Bond. Cash will not be acceptable as a deposit. Questions must be received by 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday, March 1,2022. Amendments can only be accomplished by means of Addenda issued by the City of Ithaca or their designee. Bid deposits of all unsuccessful bidders shall be returned promptly upon execution of the contract with the successful bidder. The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informality or technicality in any bid in the interest of the Owner. Attention of Bidders is particularly called to the requirements for ensuring that employees, applicants for employment, and contractors are not discriminated against; refer to the Contract Documents for additional information.
