Bid Specifications are avail- able for viewing, with download capabilities. Community Consolidated School District 15 Educational Service Center 580 North 1st Bank Drive Palatine, Illinois 60067. Work to include but not limited to site demolition, bituminous pavement, concrete sidewalk and curb, paint pavement marking, site restoration and all appurtenant construction necessary to complete the project. The contractor shall include the contingency allowance as outlined on the bid form. The project shall commence on or about June 3, 2022 and shall be completed by July 29, 2022.
