Site work and asbestos abatement for a mixed-use development in Cedar Springs, Michigan. Completed plans call for site work for a educational facility; and for asbestos abatement for a educational facility.
All questions regarding the project are to be directed in writing to John Rehkopf at john@northernas.com or by fax at 866-214-4739. A bid security in the amount of five percent (5%) of the base bid amount is required and shall accompany the bid. Bid security may be in the form of a bid bond issued by a qualified surety authorized to do business in the State of Michigan, a cashier's check, or money order payable to Cedar Springs Public Schools. Bids may not be withdrawn for a period of 60 days after the bid date. All bids shall be accompanied by a sworn and notarized statement disclosing any familial relationship that exists between the Owner(s) or any employee of the bidder and any member of the board, intermediate school board, or board of directors or the superintendant of the school district, or chief executive officer or the public school academy. The District shall not accept a bid that does not include this sworn and notarized disclosure statement. Cedar Springs Public Schools reserves the right to reject any or all bids per MCL 380.1267.
