Gadsden Independent School District seeks written proposals from qualified sources for E-Rate Services and Products Additional copies of the contract specifications and evaluation criteria found attached may be obtained from the GISD Purchasing Office, 4950 McNutt, Sunland Park, NM 88063, (575) 882-6252, between 8:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. Questions: Questions which may arise as a result of this solicitation should be addressed to the District Chief Procurement Office listed below. Technical questions regarding the scope of work shall be submitted to Sam Snoddy - slsnoddy@gisd.k12.nm.us and Brandi Crubaugh - bcrubaugh@e-ratecentral.com - Information requests should reference the Form 470 number. Inquiries must be received no later than 10:00 am mountain standard time on February 14, 2022. Response to Written Questions regarding solicitation process and Addendum on February 16, 2022. Contact initiated by an Offeror concerning this solicitation with any other applicant representative, not expressly authorized elsewhere in this document, is prohibited. Any such unauthorized contact may result in disqualification of the Offeror from this transaction.
