Solid Waste Collection Service" in the municipality. Bidders are required to comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq. (Law Against Discrimination), N.J.S.A. 52:25-24.2 (Statement of Ownership), N.J.S.A. 40A:11-23.2 (Local Public Contracts Law), N.J.S.A. 52:32-44 (Business Registration) and all other applicable laws. A current New Jersey Business Registration Certificate must be submitted with the bid proposal. All corporations, limited liability companies or partnerships must disclose the names and addresses of stockholders, members or partners having an interest of ten (10%) percent or more in the corporation, limited liability company or partnership. This information must be filed on or before the date set forth above when the bids are to be opened and read in public. The original sealed bid must be delivered to the Borough of Bay Head, c/o Patricia M. Applegate, Municipal Clerk, on or before the time and date of the bid opening set forth above. Telephone facsimile or email documents will not be accepted. Proposals must be made on the standard Proposal forms that are annexed to the Bid Specifications and must be accompanied by all documents referred to in the bid specifications and bidding documents checklist. Bid security is required in an amount not less than ten percent (10%) of the total amount of the appropriate bid option(s) (#1, #2 and/or #3) for the initial two-year term of the contract, but not in excess of twenty thousand dollars ($20,000.00). A certificate from a surety company licensed to do business in the State of New Jersey is required to be submitted indicating consent of the company to be bound as surety and guarantor for performance required under the contract document. The Borough Council reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any immaterial defect or informality in any bid if deemed in the interest of the Municipality to do so. The Contract will be awarded within sixty (60) days after the date on which bids are received.
