Re-plaster with a commercial quartz plaster and re-tile the pool. Re-furbish pool deck area. Polymer based surface with a slip resistant texture. Replace the diving board with a SR Smith one meter commercial diving board and base in accordance with State regulations. Replace concrete base for the diving board. (Should this not be necessary, this line item will be deleted.) Re-tile the bathroom floors.
