Contractor shall provide testing and commissioning of the proposed cathodic protection test station systems along with associated temporary storm water pollution protection and prevention measures, temporary traffic control, surface and groundwater control and site restoration. The Contractor will be responsible for furnishing and delivering special tools and materials necessary to provide hands on training of City utility maintenance crews on the installation and maintenance of cathodic protection test stations.
