NOTICE The Alief Independent School District will receive electronic sealed proposals for RFP #2207 Plumbing Labor and Materials and RFP #2208 Grease and Lint Trap, Wastewater Lift Stations, and Septic Tank Cleaning Services until 2:00 PM, February 28, 2022. Grease trap, wastewater lift station, and septic tank cleaning for the alief independent school district.Your presence at the bid opening is not required. Faxed, emailed and late proposals will not be accepted. The scope includes removal, cleaning, transportation and "Manifested" disposal of grease and waste from district sites. The price must include any fuel surcharge and city of houston franchise fees. All service calls will be conducted in accordance with city of houston regulations and ordinances. It is expected that the awarded proposer shall work in conjunction with alief isd to secure waivers from the city that will allow for service every 180 days in lieu of every 90 days. A copy of state and city licenses as well as a certificate of insurance that meets or exceeds those limits stated in the terms and conditions must be included with the proposal.
