Description

Renovation of a mixed-use development in Affton, Missouri. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.

The Affton School District is seeking a qualified contractor to install new ACT ceilings and Lighting at Affton High School and Gotsch Intermediate School. Scope includes demolition of existing ceilings, lighting and rework of HVAC ductwork and other items/devices as noted on attached floor plans. AFFTON HIGH SCHOOL - Start: June 6th, 2022 Completion: August 1st, 2022 GOTSCH INTERMEDIATE SCHOOL - Start: June 21st, 2022 or Earliest Rooms can be available Completion: July 22nd, 2022
