ADDRESS INQUIRIES TO: Jeff Rooks Director of Buildings & Grounds P: (314) 633-5925 E:Jrooks@afftonschools.net Affton Administration Building 8701 Mackenzie Road Affton, MO 63123 SCOPE OF WORK Affton School District is seeking a qualified contractor to remove existing metal awning frame, support posts below ground & patch concrete at Mesnier Primary School and install a new hanger rod supported metal awnings at both Mensier Primary School and Gotsch Intermediate School. Work by the contractor includes all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to complete all work per this bid specification and plans. It is intended that the contractor shall provide a working installation complete in every detail and all items necessary for such complete installation shall be furnished whether specifically mentioned or not. All work to be performed in a thorough and professional manner by mechanics skilled in their respective trades, using materials specified, or materials approved by the school district as equal in quality, capacity, and performance to those specified. All work will meet all requirements, codes, and regulations of the highest governing body whether it is St. Louis County, the State of Missouri, or the Federal Government, Boca, NFPA, local Fire Department, or any other governing body. Any necessary permits and fees are the responsibility of the contractor.
