The Work generally consists of the renovation of approximately 82,462 SF of existing spaces, and the addition of approximately 1,000SF for a new walk-in cooler and freezer and associated space, and the addition of approximately 3,880 SF for a new auxiliary gym, office, storage, restroom and associated space. Responsibility for maintenance of all existing erosion control devices, if provided under a separate contract, is included.
