The barrier gate is to be installed in the outbound inspection lane as shown on the above sketch included in this SOW. 2. The scope is to include: a. Installation of the drop arm barrier gate. b. Installation of power cables. c. Installation of inductive loops. d. Installation of protective bollards. e. Installation of the monitoring camera. f. Installation of the jersey barriers. 3. The contractor shall be responsible for obtaining all necessary local, state, and federal permits in addition to applicable licenses and payment of related fees. 4. All work shall comply with codes and standards applicable to each type of work through the course of this project. The contractor shall also comply with the requirements of GSA Build Green Standards, and PBS P-100. 5. The general contractor shall have supervisory personnel with the authority to represent the prime contractor on-site and available at all times when work is being performed on this project.
