Phase 2 of the Plumas Lake Boulevard / SR 70 project will extend Plumas Lake Boulevard, providing access east of the UPRR and WPIC. The project includes the following improvements: Southbound loop on-ramp; 4-lane overhead (UPRR); 4-lane bridge (WPIC); PG&E high-voltage transmission towers and distribution utility poles; and Close existing UPRR signalized crossing Question Submission Deadline:March 4, 2022, 5:00pm Question Response Deadline:March 8, 2022, 5:00pm Contract Duration = 5 years Provide a signed letter from your insurance carrier indicating that the following insurance, described in Attachment 1, section E.1, is presently part of the proposer's coverage, or that the insurance carrier is able to provide such coverage should the proposer be selected: - Commercial General Liability - $2,000,000 per occurrence, $4,000,000 aggregate - Automobile Liability - $2,000,000 per accident - Workers' Compensation - $2,000,000 per accident - Professional Liability - $2,000,000 per occurrence, $4,000,000 aggregate Proposers are not required to purchase the required insurance in order to respond; however, consultant must submit all required insurance prior to contract award. This Request for Proposal does not commit the County to award a contract, to pay any costs incurred in the preparation of a proposal for this request, or to procure or contract for services. The County reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals received in response to this request, to negotiate with any qualified firm, or to modify or cancel in part or in its entirety the Request for Proposal if it is in the best interest of the County to do so.
