Renovation of a fitness / recreation center in Hamilton, Ontario. Completed plans call for the renovation of a fitness / recreation center.
General Contractor required for Central Memorial Recreation Centre Elevator Modernization. Exterior fencing for new condenser unit and making good of affected finishes related to the elevator modernization scope. Electrical upgrades related to the elevator modernization scope. The mechanical scope of work is to re-work the elevator machine room exhaust system and to provide mechanical cooling for the elevator equipment. Bidders shall provide all labour, materials, equipment, and services that are necessary to fulfill the requirements of equipment modernization and preventive maintenance.
