The owner has determined a prequalified list of Construction Managers, a timeline for the request for Proposals has not yet been released. Fort Smith Public Schools is requesting responses from qualified firms to provide Construction Management At Risk (CMAR) services for Elementary and Secondary School Emergency Relief (ESSER) funded projects in the District's Indoor Air Quality Improvement Plan, Stakeholder Facility Plan (Projects include but not limited to: Kimmons Middle School Cafeteria Expansion, Ramsey Middle School Classroom Addition, Morrison Elementary Classroom Addition and Service Center Freezer Upgrade) and other self-funded projects.
