Cherokee Elementary School Remodel -This project consists of a remodel of the existing Elementary School building (56,300 SF), a remodel of existing kitchen/cafetorium area into relocated stage and updated dining space (9,755 SF), a new kitchen (3,200 SF), a new entry vestibule and restrooms (1,300 SF), and a new Porte Cochere (1,880 SF) Middle School Gym HVAC Upgrades- This project consists of the replacement of existing HVAC at the middle school Gym. Scope includes concrete, paint, plumbing, mechanical and electrical work. Middle School Food Storage Building - This project consists of the construction of a new Food Storage Building (958 SF) with dry food storage area and walk in freezer. Scope includes earthwork, concrete, masonry, wood trusses with prefinished metal roof, prefinished metal wall panels, paint, new hollow metal doors and frames, misc. metals, dock equipment, mechanical and electrical work.
