C.R. Crawford Construction, acting as Construction Manager for the Highland School District, will be receiving bids for trade contract packages for the Football Field Fence and Middle School Cafeteria Projects, located in Highland, Arkansas. The Project Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids, and to waive any formalities. Any bids received after the stated bid time will not be considered. Bids will be received for the following trade and material packages: 1.Demolition 2.Earthwork 3.Concrete 4.Fencing 5.Asphalt Paving 6.Masonry 7.Metal Fabrications 8.Structural Steel Supply 9.Structural Steel Erection 10.Rough Carpentry 11.Framing & Drywall 12.Waterproofing 13.Insulation 14.Doors & Hardware 15.Storefront & Glazing 16.Flooring 17.Painting 18.Specialties 19.Window Treatments 20.Plumbing 21.HVAC 22.Electrical Bid security in the amount of five percent (5%) of the bid amount must accompany each bid which exceeds $35,000, in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. Bidder must have a current general or specialty license from the Arkansas Contractors License Board before the bid proposal will be considered. The bid proposal and the work of the proposed contract shall be in accordance with all applicable federal, state, county and local laws, ordinances, and regulations. Pursuant to Ark.
