Site work and new construction of a pre-engineered storage facility in Lewisville, Texas. Completed plans call for the construction of a pre-engineered storage facility; and for site work for a pre-engineered storage facility.

The work is described in general as a one-story, pre-engineered, metal equipment shed. The work will include all electrical work and site work, the disassembly of an existing metal building structure, and the extension of the existing concrete foundation. All work will be performed on the site at 1100 N. Kealy Avenue, Lewisville, Texas 75057. Bidders are required to submit a cashier's or certified check issued by a bank satisfactory to the City of Lewisville, or a Bid Bond (with proper Power of Attorney) from a surety licensed to do business in the State of Texas, payable without recourse to the City of Lewisville, in an amount not less than five (5%) percent of the total amount of the base bid submitted to insure that the successful bidder will enter into a contract and execute all necessary bonds within fifteen (15) days after notice of award of the contract to him. The successful bidder will be required to furnish the following bonds from a surety licensed to do business in the State of Texas In conformance with applicable statutes utilizing Federal Davis Bacon Wage Rates as adopted by the General Services Commission, the general prevailing wage rates in the locality in which the work is to be performed have been ascertained and such rate shall be the minimum paid for labor employed on this project; unless federal monies are used, in which case, specific wage decisions will be listed as part of the overall bid documents. The City of Lewisville reserves the right to reject any and all bids, in whole or in part; to waive any informality in any bid.
