Remodeling work includes replacing suspended acoustical ceilings and grid and providing new light fixtures. f. Site work includes new parent drop off lane, new parking lot and revisions to existing site drainage channel. The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time. Phase 1 work shall commence on site on April 4, 2022 COMPLETION OF CONTRACT: August 15, 2023 Phase 1: Phase 1 work shall commence on site on April 4, 2022, and shall be substantially completed and ready for occupancy by December 16, 2022.
