Check shall be made payable to Kluk Consultants, LLC. Subject to the limitations prescribed by the Local Public Contracts Law, N.J.S.A. 40A:11-1 et seq., Wrightstown Borough reserves the right to reject any and all bids or to waive any irregularities and to take such alternates that the Borough may deem necessary for its best interests. Wrightstown Borough Clerk or the Engineer reserve the right to require a complete financial and experience statement from prospective bidders showing that they have satisfactorily completed work of the nature required before furnishing proposal forms and specifications or before awarding a contract. The Prevailing Wage Acts, P.L. 1963, C. 150 and P.L. 1979, C.303, shall apply to this proposal, and all bidders shall be required to comply with the requirements thereof. Bidders shall comply with the provisions set forth in P.L. 1975 Chapter 127 regarding non-discrimination employment practices and P.L. 1977, C. 33, Public Disclosure Law. Bidders are required to comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 and N.J.A.C. 17:27 et seq., and the terms and conditions of the Mandatory Equal Employment Opportunity LanguageExhibit A. No responses will be provided following this deadline.
