Saving Project...

Site work and new construction of a playground / park / athletic field in Paragould, Arkansas. Completed plans call for the construction of a playground / park / athletic field; and for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.

The City of Paragould will be accepting bids for the construction of 10 pavilion for city parks. The following is a list of standard specifications to be used in comparing like pavilions when receiving bids from any contractor. Construction of pavilions will include NO demolition by contractor. (5 will be replacing old pavilions). The construction will consist of (7) 20x30, (2) 30x50, (1) 20x40 which shall be constructed of 6x6 treated posts in ground or on concrete pad with 12 inches of concrete on each side of post (or equivalent post structure). A 4 inch concrete slab, framing, tongue and groove 2x6 decking, colored metal roofing. 3 pavilions will have rock around bottom post. This project will be funded with federal monies pursuant to the American Rescue Plan Act. The City reserves the rights to reject any or all bids.
