Renovation of an educational facility in Paragould, Arkansas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Ramsons Inc, acting as Construction Manager for the Paragould School District, will receive bids for trade contract packages for the Paragould School District - JR. High Gym HVAC Upgrades, located in Paragould, AR. Bidder must have a current general or specialty license from the Arkansas Contractor's License Board before the bid proposal will be considered. The bid proposal and the work of the proposed contract shall be in accordance with all applicable federal, state, county and local laws, ordinances, and regulations. Pursuant to Ark. Code Ann. § 22-9-203 Ramsons, Inc. and the Jonesboro School District encourages all small, minority-owned, and women-owned business enterprises to submit bids for this project. Davis-Bacon Wage rates shall apply. Bids will be received for the following trade packages: Bid Package #1: General Construction Bid Package #2: HVAC Bid Package #3: Plumbing Bid Package #4: Electrical Bid Package #5: HVAC, Plumbing Combo Bid Package #6: HVAC, Plumbing and Electrical Combo
