The project includes, but is not limited to: grinding and removal of existing asphalt pavement, compaction, vegetation and tree removal, and the placement/construction of: concrete sidewalk, curb ramps, curbs, curb and gutter, asphalt pavement, retaining wall, drainage facilities, storm drain piping, storm drain inlets, irrigation sleeves, drainage swales, providing and adjusting water meter boxes to grade, adjusting utility and manhole covers to grade, conform grinding, hot mix asphalt paving, pavement striping and markings, signage, street lights and a new roundabout.
