*As of 3/9/2022 there have been two addendums issued* The City of Rochester Hills is accepting proposals to provide replacement of existing radiant tube heaters in their apparatus bays. The project includes demolition, installation of new equipment, all labor, freight, and means of work and accessory work to provide a complete and operational system. The City of Rochester Hills seeks the services of a qualified contractor experienced in the project components to perform the services needed to complete this project in a professional, cost effective and timely manner. The contractor will be responsible for the hiring of all sub-trade contractors, the coordination of their work and the outcome of the project.
