The project includes demolition, installation of new equipment, all labor, freight, and means of work and accessory work to provide a complete and operational system. The City of Rochester Hills seeks the services of a qualified contractor experienced in the project components to perform the services needed to complete this project in a professional, cost effective and timely manner. The contractor will be responsible for the hiring of all sub-trade contractors, the coordination of their work and the outcome of the project.
