Renovation of a parking garage in Fort Pierce, Florida. Completed plans call for the renovation of a parking garage.
Contractor to address and repair all P1, P2 and P3 Corrective Action Priorities listed on Parking Garage Structural Report provided with this package, excluding fencing repairs. All expansion joint sealant on second and third floor parking decks, including ramps to be removed, prepped, primed, re-install with backer rod and sealed. All concrete spalling and reinforcing corrosion under these double tee precast joints to be cleaned, primed with an anti-corrosive metal primer, painted and repaired to minimize further deterioration, including any plate repairs. Upper 3rd level parking deck and ramp to be cleaned, prepped, re-sealed and re-striped with a urethane sealer coating or approved equivalent. 1st and 2nd level parking deck and ramp to be cleaned, prepped, re-sealed and re-striped with a siloxane sealer or approved equivalent. Both stair wells precast concrete surfaces to be treated with crack healer and penetrating sealer to fill any cracks and prevent water intrusion to the reinforcing steel. Sealer to be slip resistant. The St. Lucie County Board of County Commissioners reserves the right to waive any informalities or minor irregularities; reject any and all bids which are incomplete, conditional, obscure, or which contain additions not allowed for; accept or reject any bid in whole or in part with or without cause; and accept the bid which best serves the County.
