The purpose of this bid is to award all listed properties to a single contractor based on the low bid for 42 cuts per year. The County does however reserve the right to award the contract to up to two (2) contractors if necessary for operational needs. The price for a single mow is intended for informational purposes, in the event a facility needs any additional services above 42 cuts per year. The St. Lucie County Board of County Commissioners reserves the right to waive any informalities or minor irregularities; reject any and all bids which are incomplete, conditional, obscure, or which contain additions not allowed for; accept or reject any bid in whole or in part with or without cause; and accept the bid which best serves the County.
