Renovation of an educational facility in Woodbridge Township, New Jersey. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.

Locker Room Renovation at Iselin Middle School Bids must be accompanied by bid security in the form of (1) a bid bond or certified or cashier's check payable to Woodbridge Township Board of Education equal to 10% of the amount of the bid, but in no case to exceed $20,000.00 per N.J.S.A. 18A:18A-24, and (2) Certificate of Consent of Surety per N.J.S.A. 18A:18A-25. The successful bidder will be required to furnish additional bonds as specified in Document 00 21 13, "Instructions to Bidders." The Woodbridge Township Board of Education reserves the right to reject all bids, to waive minor immaterial defects in any bid, or to award a lump sum contract, in accordance with applicable laws, including the requirements of the Public School Contracts Law at N.J.S.A. 18A:18A-1 et seq. No bid may be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days after the opening date. The Contract will be awarded to the lowest responsible bidder as defined in N.J.S.A. 18A:18A-2(t) and N.J.S.A. 18A:18A-18 (c), as applicable. Bidders must be pre-qualified by the New Jersey Department of Treasury, Division of Property Management and Construction (DPMC) in one of the following categories, pursuant to N.J.S.A. 18A:18A-27.1, et.seq.: (C008)
